Rainbow Phonics Word Builders
Companion to Rainbow Phonics, these materials continue the concept of piecing words together using sound chunks. Triangular, color-coded plastic interlocking chunks called Tri-Blocks are used to build words. Pieces range from 1” to 1.75” wide and 1” tall. Activity Cards allow the student to take a card, sound out the word pictured, and work out the letters needed to build the word with the tri-blocks; then turn the card over to self-check.
